Robbie comes with over 21 years of business experience. Over the course of his career, he has been in Digital Delivery, Research and Development, Marketing, Sales, Retail Operations, and Contact Center delivery. He has detailed knowledge about the cross-functional team environment to drive results. Robbie applies concepts of design thinking and lean-startup to drive corporate innovation through teamwork and collaboration. He uses a methodical approach of understanding each organization’s unique position and the value they are generating for their customers. His understanding of the intersection between the customer journey and the internal business process gives him a unique ability to find opportunities that leverage talent and resources to drive stakeholder value. Robbie has an MBA from the University of Oregon with an emphasis in Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Strategy and Leadership. As long-time Oregonian and traveling enthusiast, he loves to enjoy outdoors and learning about new communities.
